Lives Changed by Online Learning

Studying online at EAU while raising my family was the best decision I ever made. The programme was rigorous, the faculty were responsive, and the community of fellow students across East Africa enriched my learning immensely. I am now a school principal.
Hodan Muse Ali Master's Graduate Education Leadership, 2023
The lecturers at EAU are practitioners — they bring real-world experience into every class. My Law degree opened doors I never expected. I passed the Puntland bar examination on my first attempt and now work as a legal counsel for a major regional NGO.
Abdirashid Omar Duale Bachelor's Graduate Law, 2020
As a woman from a rural district of Puntland, I never imagined I could access university education. EAU's Women in Leadership Scholarship made it possible. Today I run my own technology business in Bosaso and mentor young women to pursue their dreams.
Safia Ibrahim Warsame Diploma Graduate Computer Science, 2021
I chose EAU because of its reputation for academic excellence in Puntland. The Master's programme gave me the knowledge and confidence to take on leadership roles in government. I now serve as a senior policy advisor — something I could not have achieved without EAU.
Mohamed Ali Hersi Master's Graduate Public Administration, 2023
EAU completely transformed my life. The online programmes allowed me to study while working, and within one year of graduating I was promoted to Finance Manager at Dahabshiil Bank. The quality of teaching and the support from faculty is outstanding.
Fadumo Ahmed Hassan Bachelor's Graduate Business Administration, 2022
